- Accompanied property viewings.
- Current rental advice offered.
- Application submitted – processed through Homelet (no charge to you).
- Upon your successful application – set a moving in date.
- Moving day – Assured Shorthold Tenancy Signing
Standard fees on the day of signing:
- 1st month’s rent payable.
- Deposit payment (equivalent to 1st month’s rent) – to be held in a government backed deposit scheme.
We may also charge a tenant a holding deposit of no more than one weeks’ rent.
