Should you choose to instruct Wilman & Wilman to sell your house, we will carry out a full and detailed listing of each and every room, taking exact room measurements and photographs. Often the person with the most knowledge about your house is you, so we listen to the history and your enthusiasm about the house as this is invaluable to prospective purchasers.

By law you need to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which is the heating efficiency graph now commonly seen on details and most websites. We recommend a local firm in Colne, Pennine Energy Reports, and our close working relationship removes the stress of this process if it is unfamiliar to you. We will also produce a floor plan and the cost of this and the EPC will be included within our fee.

Once we have prepared your particulars and they have been approved by you, we then list the property live within our office displays and on the primary sites of Rightmove and On The Market. We also commit to regular local advertising with the Aspire magazine. Through all of our advertising channels your house will be seen by prospective purchasers throughout the UK and overseas.

Viewings at your house can be carried out by ourselves or by you, whichever you feel most comfortable with.
